CAPITULARS WORK IN COMMISSIONS

After breakfast, the seven commissions started to work and identify urgent themes to elaborate. On the one hand, the Brothers search for unity in diversity while carrying out the mission of preaching; on the other hand, they face challenges and needs to renew the fraternal life, the ways of preaching, the understanding of Dominican vocation and formation, the issues of solidarity and collaboration, etc.

At 10:30am, capitulars in three linguistic groups discussed those possible to become the next Master of the Order. Every group made a list of five candidates.

After lunch and break, at 3:30pm, the commissions continued their work.

At 5:00pm, regional groups came together to talk about possible candidates, despite their language barriers and having no knowledge of many things…

After Vesper and dinner, there was a musical concert offered by parishioners of a parish ministered by Dominican Brothers. Songs about St Dominic reminisced Soeur Sourire.
